Walk and Talk Session
Walk, talk, breathe... all at your pace.
Service Description
Counselling in nature, at your pace. Walk & Talk Therapy is a gentle, outdoors-based approach to counselling where we swap the therapy room for safe, risk-assessed routes around North Wales. Instead of sitting indoors, we walk side-by-side at a steady, comfortable pace while exploring whatever you need support with. For many people, moving through nature makes it easier to talk, think, breathe, and relax... and it often helps the conversation flow more naturally. It can feel less intense than sitting face-to-face, and more grounding when life feels overwhelming. This is still counselling. It’s still professional, reflective, and bound by the same ethics and care. We just do it in a way that gives your mind and body the space to breathe. 📌 Important Booking Information When booking a Wednesday session, please use the following dedicated time slots: 9:00am – 10:00am 10:30am – 11:30am 12:00pm – 1:00pm These set times ensure that three appointment spaces remain available for clients throughout the day. Please only book within these slots when selecting a Wednesday appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support.
